Topic: Union of Heroes: Three webcomic rarities in one!

1. It is a photocomic.
2. It is a live-action comic – no action figures, real actors.
3. It is a superhero comic – from Germany.

We have started our website www.unionofheroes.com in April 2008 and we keep on updating a new page every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

• it is published in english and german. Other languages will follow ...
• all our actors are paid for their acting
• we have a professional photographer
• we have a professional dressmaker for the upcoming superhero outfits (we have not reached this point in the story yet ...)
• we have a promising review on brokenfrontier (www.brokenfrontier.com/lowdown/details.php?id=1394)
• we have our own myspace sites - a german and an english one, where our readers can add us to their friendlist (www.myspace.com/unionofheroes)
• since yesterday we have our first trailer on youtube (www.youtube.com/user/ancire)

And all this because I convinced my partner that the two of us can make our living out of a project like this one!

A photocomic about superheroes from Germany... Yeah, there has to be a big group of readers for something like that! :wink:
But guess what? He believed me! :D
And we were able to convince a bank to give us a kredit to start the production, too! Totally insane! :shock:

And now here we are:
The page is up for three months.
Our readership keeps on growing.
We are still convinced from our idea and searching for new readers who are going to check out the story we want to tell.
One thing is for sure: We will keep on going to give our best!

Some days have passed since my last entry here. Since the last time...

... we have put up a new YouTube trailer - where you can hear the voice of "Jana".
... we have put up some voting and support buttons (including a button for comiclisting.com of course).
... you can follow us on twitter.
... we have installed a chat on "www.unionofheroes.com -> media -> chat" where you can chat with me whenever i'm online.
... we have received some new reviews about which you can read in our myspace-blog.

Currently I'm working on our "Oh No Robot"-Archive and RSS.

And I'm searching for some more good souls supporting us with guest-art while we prepare and produce Episode 2.
So if you are interested in appearing on www.unionofheroes.com with a piece of your work – together with a banner (468x60) of your comic on the top of the page...
I would really appreciate your help!

There are only two little rules:
1. Your guest-art should be Union of Heroes related. Our characters – your style!
2. The size of your jpgs has to be 960 width to 406 height – otherwise it will not fit in our pages.
