Multiple categories for Webcomics
Privacy and Notification settings for accounts
Improved social interaction: bulletins, comments, messages and friends.
Filters for Boards and other posts
More tags for Forum and Comment posts (including images)
Better Voting and Rank Calculation
Previews for all Postings (comments, bulletins, message, forums and profiles).


If there's anything I'm missing that you feel is important, let me know, and I'll add it to the list if I need to get it done before the migration.

You forgot post previews in forums.
