So, I've purchased my first in-print webcomic graphic novels. I've purchased many traditional TPBs before but this is the first time I've actually bought one based off of webcomics.
First, I ordered Gunnerkrigg Court, which translates very well into print. I read the series before buying this book. Definitely worth picking up if your a fan.
Next, I ordered the first volume of Looking For Group. I went with the paperback version on amazon for $10 over the $37+(counting shipping) hardcover version I would have had to order from the site and wait 2 weeks for. I'll eventually upgrade, but for now, the paperback will do. I also have previously read this series.
Lastly, I picked up the first volume of Schlock Mercenary, Under New Management. Though, it seems that its chronologically the third series, its apparently the first volume published, and the one that the creator recommends reading first. So, I'll do what he says. I've never read ANY of this series before so I look forward to seeing how it is.
Feel free to recommend some other webcomic-to-print books I should look into.
I think Digger is in print form, at least partially.
Hm. Have you read Digger? Because it's quite good. Actually, come to think of it, I'm not sure there's a listing here for it, which is weird because print people know about it. Or maybe that's not weird at all. >.>
EDIT:
There's no listing! I'm surprised; there's always scads and scads of comments on each update, so I assumed there was an active fanbase or whatever.
EDIT2:
Wait, that means I should leave a link, because there's no listing to go to. >.> SORRY SORRY. http://diggercomic.com (There's a Graphic Smash page also I think, but that one is old.)

The two Wondermark books are really great and have a lot of extra content. They also just look really cool. I also really dug the Achewood Great Outdoor Fight book. If you're looking for humor those titles definitely have it.

I know this is silly to ask, but has Broken Saints by Brooke Burgess et al been put in print? would be weird if it hasn't, considering there's a video game and a movie in the works...

The only print webcomics I own are from the Strawberry Comics publishing group. I have pretty much everything that has been put into print for Red String. It translates really well into the printed version, and she's already on preorders for volume 5.
I've considered purchasing The Phoenix Requiem or Inverloch. And there are a few I'm waiting for to hit print, like Seekers or Lesbian Pirates. I think the main reason I purchase from Strawberry Comics is because they go to conventions I attend. I'm not one that's big on ordering things online and when I buy things from them in person, it comes with friendly conversation and a signature.
